Creator Mode
Creator Mode is a separate Windows desktop tool for authentic creators to share their own original local MP4 content with their own TikTok account. The 0.1.0 Windows release is available for download with a live HTTPS authorization broker. Uploads and posts remain disabled pending platform approval and separate activation. Downloading the release does not establish TikTok Production approval or permission to bypass TikTok account, scope, privacy or rate restrictions.
Authorize Inbox/Draft and Direct Post separately. Inbox transfer requires completing editing and posting inside TikTok. For Direct Post, review the connected nickname, edit the caption, select a currently allowed privacy option without a default, choose available interactions, complete disclosures and give explicit consent. No transfer starts automatically. TikTok may delay processing or reject requests; check actual status and do not assume that an uncertain operation failed safely.
You must hold the necessary rights to the selected content, comply with TikTok's applicable policies and provide truthful required disclosures. You retain your content ownership. The broker processes authorization and posting metadata for the action you authorize; video transfers directly to TikTok. Use disconnect and, where necessary, TikTok account-side revocation. Deleting the portable folder alone does not revoke account authorization or remove content already transferred.
The release package and launcher are unsigned. Windows 10/11 x64, a local MP4 player and Internet access are required; Python and decoding libraries are included. Runtime component licenses accompany the package. The software and connected services can be interrupted by device, network, API, security or platform failures. Keep your own media backups. The existing limitations below apply subject to rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
1. The service
AIVMeta creates short videos, visual explainers, and experimental educational media. AIVMeta Publisher is a Windows desktop tool used to review local lesson videos, prepare publishing metadata, and carry out authorized uploads and publishing workflows for connected social accounts.
Features depend on the configured platform, available permissions, and operator authorization. TikTok Inbox uploads require the account holder to finish the posting flow in TikTok. Other publishing or scheduling features require their own setup and permissions. These terms do not promise access to any particular API or platform feature.
Use the service only if you can agree to these terms and meet the requirements of the platforms you use. If you do not agree, do not use Publisher or submit content through it.
2. Authorized accounts
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for choosing the correct account, protecting access to your computer and platform credentials, and reviewing the permissions you grant. Do not impersonate another person or connect an account without permission.
Before authorizing an upload or schedule, check the destination account, media, captions, visibility, timing, and platform settings. You can stop using Publisher and disconnect accounts; revoking platform access and deleting existing posts are separate actions as explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your content and platform responsibilities
You remain responsible for the videos, audio, music, images, captions, and other material you provide. You must have the rights, permissions, and any necessary consent to use and publish that material, including material featuring other people.
Follow applicable law and the rules of TikTok, Meta/Instagram, YouTube, and any other service you use, including rules on copyright, privacy, advertising, branded content, and synthetic or AI-generated media. Review required disclosures and audience settings. An upload or status check is not a guarantee that a platform will accept or retain your content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to distribute unlawful or infringing content, harass others, send spam, misrepresent identity or permissions, or expose another person's private information without authorization. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, or bypass platform restrictions, quotas, or review requirements.
AIVMeta may restrict support or access it provides where misuse threatens other people, account security, or the operation of the service.
5. Intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in your own content. By authorizing a publishing action, you permit the processing, preparation, and transfer of that content needed to carry out the action; this does not transfer ownership to AIVMeta. The destination platform's terms govern the rights you grant to that platform.
AIVMeta's original site design, branding, software, and media remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute AIVMeta's software or use its branding as your own. Any separately provided license governs the material it covers.
6. Third-party platforms and availability
TikTok, Meta/Instagram, YouTube, hosting providers, and other third-party services operate independently. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. References or links to a platform do not imply endorsement, partnership, or review approval.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Network failures, local computer shutdowns, token expiry, API changes, quotas, and platform decisions can interrupt uploads or schedules. Keep your own media backups and check publication results. AIVMeta does not guarantee continuous availability, successful publication, a particular audience reach, or error-free educational content.
7. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIVMeta provides the service without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular publishing outcome. To that same extent, AIVMeta is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or opportunities caused by failed, delayed, or removed posts.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits any liability, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service. Updated terms will be published here with a new effective date and apply to future use. If you no longer agree, stop using the affected service and disconnect relevant accounts.
For service questions, content concerns, or questions about these terms, email hello@aivmeta.com. Information about data handling and deletion requests is in our Privacy Policy.
